Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG) has added RAISE Fitness & Wellness to its growing portfolio of experiences, marking the group’s entry into the world of wellness and fitness.
RAISE Fitness & Wellness is a new concept, developed to be inclusive and aims to provide comfort, positivity and guidance to health and fitness for everyone.The new boutique lifestyle gym and wellness brand will open its first venue in Dubai Jumeirah Islands in April, with two other venues opening in Bodrum and Doha later this year.
The gym and wellness facility will have multiple training zones – The Studio, HIIT, X-Trim as well as Cardio and Weights. The Studio will be used daily for groups and virtual classes such as Group Cycle or Reformer Pilates and ad hoc sports events for the community while the HIIT zone will accommodate functional training classes, PT sessions and be the area for those looking to do floor exercises as part of their routine. The X-Trim area is located outdoors with a rig, a sled track, free weights equipment and rowers for cross-training style workout. Available for day pass, monthly or year-long memberships, members will benefit from the latest exercise tools and state-of-the-art equipment and tracking technology from Technogym.
