D’Souza joins Swissotel Al Ghurair

Swissotel Al Ghurair has appointed Wilson D’Souza as the new Executive Chef. The 21-year industry veteran has worked for luxury hotel chains like Marriott, IHG, Jumeirah, Leela, Kempinski and Accor. In his previous role, Chef D’Souza led the pre-opening project of Adagio Premium The Palm.
