Fairmont The Palm hires stellar culinary talents


Fairmont The Palm, a premier luxury resort in Dubai, has made a series of significant appointments. Phillip Realmo has been appointed as the Director of Food and Beverage. His previous experience includes Director of Beverage and Food at W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island, Avani + Hotels in Bangkok and Thompson Hotels in Playa del Carmen. Karol Grzeskiewicz has been appointed as Chef de Cuisine at Seagrill Bistro. Wanderson Junior Da Silva has been appointed as Culinary Excellence at Frevo.
