Chapter Chianti preps for Tuscan summer
Opening in June 2026, Chapter Chianti becomes the second property in the Chapter Italia portfolio, bringing Marco Cilia’s contemporary vision of Italian hospitality to Tuscany. Located in a restored 16th-century medieval village just 45 minutes from Florence, the 82-room hotel redefines the traditional Tuscan retreat.
Chapter Chianti features three restaurants and three bars celebrating Tuscan and international cuisine, alongside a 500-square-metre spa designed as a communal wellness space focused on relaxation and connection. Curated experiences immerse guests in authentic local culture, including truffle hunting, olive oil harvesting, hiking, mountain biking and stargazing under Tuscan skies. For added privacy, The Mansion, a five-bedroom villa with a private pool and outdoor entertaining areas, offers an exclusive countryside escape.

Hotel Savoia & Jolanda in Venice, also part of the Elite collection, overlooks the Riva degli Schiavoni near St. Mark’s Square. Known for its Venetian elegance and lagoon views, the historic property is currently undergoing restoration and is set to reopen in spring 2026.
Grand Hotel della Posta in Sondrio joins the WorldHotels Distinctive collection. The restored 19th-century residence preserves original frescoes and architectural features, offering a boutique experience rooted in Valtellina’s culinary, wine and alpine wellness traditions.
