Servantrip has reported an 82 per cent year-on-year increase in B2B bookings in 2024, a 1.5x acceleration from 2023.

This growth is attributed to three key achievements: enhancing the industry's most sophisticated API for tours, activities, and transfers; expanding the ecosystem by establishing the largest network in transfers and activities; and strategic expansion by launching an operational hub in Buenos Aires and establishing US operations through a subsidiary in Miami.

The transfer services business saw a 109 per cent increase in bookings, with supplier connections growing by 78 per cent.

The number of buyer nationalities expanded by 20 per cent to include travelers from 132 countries.

Servantrip also achieved significant client acquisitions and network expansion across Europe, LATAM, the US, and the Middle East. By Q1 2025, the number of points of sale connected to Servantrip will exceed 12,500.

Manuel Núñez, Founder and CEO of Servantrip, highlighted the pillars driving the company’s success: "Our growth in 2024 was built on three key strengths: highly scalable, advanced technology; the world’s most comprehensive portfolio of qualified suppliers; and the dedication of the Servantrip team to providing an outstanding customer experience. Many of our clients were introduced to us through recommendations, a testament to our impact in the market."

Núñez also emphasised evolving consumer preferences: "As more travellers book airport-to-hotel transfers and experiences in advance, often as part of vacation packages, this trend presents a tremendous opportunity for travel agencies and OTAs. Servantrip is committed to offering the best solutions to boost sales, unlock new revenue streams, and increase profitability—all while simplifying the booking process for our clients." -TradeArabia News Service
