Four Seasons, together with luxury yachting company Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd, Joint Owner/Operator, Four Seasons Yachts, and venerated Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri, continues to chart a new course of luxury at sea.
Momentum is building towards the inaugural season of Four Seasons Yachts with its first 10 voyages unveiled, including iconic islands and hidden gems of the Caribbean and Mediterranean.
The Four Seasons Yachts will be conceptualised as a private luxury yacht, rather than a cruise ship, with a focus on providing a unique and differentiated experience. It will generally anchor at target destinations rather than commercial ports, TTN learnt at a press event held during ILTM Cannes 2024, with the first yacht set to sail in early 2026.
The yacht will have 95 state suites, with the smallest being 50 square metres – quite large and unheard of for a vessel at sea. Four Seasons is aiming for a very high guest-to-staff ratio, around 1-to-1, to ensure exceptional service quality on the yacht. Four Seasons sees the yacht as a natural extension of their brand, allowing guests to not just stay with them, but also live and travel with them in this unique yacht experience.
Four Seasons also discussed its continued commitment to luxury hospitality, highlighting recent and upcoming developments at ILTM Cannes 2024.
The company opened six new hotels in 2024, including properties in Osaka, Dalian, Hangzhou, Rabat, Majorca, and Cabo, and will reopen its original New York hotel. Future plans include hotels in Cartagena, Naples, Mukurnas, and Taipei.
