The team members were part of a six-week and eight-week cross exposure programme at five renowned Kempinski hotels in key feeder markets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, as part of the brand’s vision of being the “Employer of Choice” for local talents in luxury hospitality in Oman.
The participating hotels were Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol, Kempinski Hotel Berchtesgaden, Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München, Kempinski Seychelles Resort and Marsa Malaz Kempinski, The Pearl - Doha.
As part of the programme, the task force team members were nominated to provide the necessary support to the selected hotels, to experience how some of our Kempinski hotel’s conduct their day to day business and provide their local versions of beautiful performances.

The participating team members from the Culinary Department showcased exquisite Omani and Arabic food in the hotel’s restaurants which saw a lot of excitement and great feedback from hotels in Europe.
Key positions from the Leadership Committee included Hotel Manager Nadine Al Balushi, Human Resources Manager Shamsa Al Wardi and Director of Finance Mohammed Al Harrasi, providing support to the hotels that they were assigned. – TradeArabia News Service
