BLESS Hotel Madrid and BLESS Hotel Ibiza, both members of the Leading Hotels of The World, have opened their doors this year in Spain.

The first property to open under the new luxury hotel brand, BLESS Collection Hotels from Palladium Hotel Group, BLESS Hotel Madrid is located on Calle de Velázquez in the heart of the city’s fashionable Salamanca district. Maintaining the original essence of the property, BLESS Hotel Madrid will continue to offer locals an inner-city sanctuary as well as providing guests with a stylish base from which to explore the Spanish capital.

BLESS Hotel Madrid boasts 111 rooms, rooftop pool, bowling alley, spa and gym, gourmet destination restaurant, three bars and conference spaces. Renowned Spanish designer and architect Lázaro Rosa-Violán incorporated elements of the property’s former glory including the marble staircase and glass dome with modern materials and colour schemes to create a quintessentially Madrilenian ambience with a contemporary slant, blending the best of Madrid in the 1950s to the present day.

BLESS Hotel Ibiza has opened its doors in the island of Ibiza, in Spain. The hotel, which also forms part of the prestigious collection, Leading Hotels of the World, is located in Cala Nova, one of the most exclusive areas of the island, and boasts 151 rooms with stunning sea views, a range of restaurants, vermouth bar, two infinity pools, and state-of-the-art spa.

The BLESS Collection Hotels brand has been built around the concept of hedonist luxury, a unique proposition designed for citizens of the world - modern travellers, sybarites and pleasure-seekers. BLESS Collection Hotels worships the pursuit of happiness and the best of life.

Guests will enjoy the ultimate in luxury through a range of sensory exclusive experiences designed to feed the spirit.

These include BATHOLOGY – a bespoke bathing experience whereby a personal butler guides the guest through an exclusive bathing experience created to achieve physical, mental and spiritual benefits. Guests will select their daily choice of special soaps and bath salts made with top quality ingredients based on their mood and requirements, choosing from aromas such as lavender, chamomile and rosemary. BLESSEDBED will allow guests to personalise their moments of rest through a luxurious menu of pillows from goose feather to memory foam and bed linen made from 400 thread Egyptian cotton.

Wellness and beauty also take a prime position at Magness Soulful Spa with unique treatments, spa and beauty propositions. Fitnic Power gym is a body-worshipping sanctuary where guests can generate positive vibrations while you sweat. Feel the benefits of personal training with the team of experts or try a private one-to-one session with the high-tech Sweat Box: a state-of-the- art digital personal training concept with a 360 image and surround sound. In Magness Soulful Spa replenish body and soul in the hydrotherapy circuit and enjoy revitalising massages by the team of professionals. Romantics can make use of the couple’s cabins where you can enjoy the treatments in the best of company.

The brand has brought the world-famous Basque chef, Martin Berasategui, to Madrid and the island of Ibiza, designing the gastronomic offering from breakfast to dinner. Holder of ten Michelin stars (more than any other Spanish chef), Berasategui’s eponymous restaurant has been voted ‘the best restaurant in the world’. Berasategui will act as the hotel’s gastronomic guru overseeing all the hotel’s food and beverage, with the star being his signature restaurant, ETXEKO, set to become a true destination culinary experience.

The hotels will also present a non-stop programme of inspirational entertainment drawing on the destination’s cultural agenda - from art and culture to fashion and gastronomy. These happenings will include live music, fashion shows, performance and visual art and photography exhibitions.
