Aman is expanding its global portfolio in 2027 with the launch of its first luxury motor yacht, Amangati, and the reopening of its renovated Amangani resort in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, as the hospitality group continues to extend its presence across new destinations.
Amangati, the first
vessel under the Aman at Sea brand, is scheduled to begin Mediterranean voyages
in spring 2027 before heading to the Caribbean in autumn.
Measuring 180 metres
and spanning nine decks, the yacht will accommodate just 94 guests across 47
suites, combining private accommodation with dining, wellness and leisure
facilities.
The yacht will feature
four restaurants, open-air spaces and a dedicated Suite Host for each suite,
providing personalised service throughout each voyage.
Wellness will be a
central part of the onboard experience, with the Aman Spa spanning 1,190 square
metres across two decks.
The facility will
include eight ocean-facing treatment suites, each featuring private terraces,
alongside a hammam, banya and dedicated relaxation areas.
Additional facilities
will include a fitness studio, Medi Spa, Medical Centre and Beauty Lounge, with
daily activities such as yoga and meditation also available.
During its inaugural
Mediterranean season, Amangati will explore the French and Italian Rivieras,
the Balearic Islands, the Adriatic, the Greek Isles and Turkey.
The itineraries will
combine established coastal destinations with quieter harbours and curated
excursions.
In autumn 2027, the
yacht will cross the Atlantic for a series of wellness-focused voyages through
the Caribbean, including the Leeward and Windward Islands and the Dutch
Caribbean. The itineraries will feature secluded anchorages and private island
excursions.
Amangani prepares
for reopening
Meanwhile, Amangani in
Jackson Hole, United States, is preparing to welcome guests again following an
extensive renovation, marking a new chapter for the property nearly three
decades after its original opening.
Located above the
Snake River Valley, the resort offers panoramic views of the Grand Teton
mountain range. Its transformation will preserve the original architecture
designed by Ed Tuttle while introducing an updated interior aesthetic inspired
by the American West.
All guest suites will
undergo refurbishment, with larger accommodation categories receiving upgraded
soaking tubs, fireplaces and expanded living spaces.
The renovation will
also introduce refreshed dining and social areas, alongside expanded wellness
facilities, further developing the resort's hospitality offering.
Amangani's location
will continue to provide access to year-round outdoor activities, including
skiing during winter and hiking and horse riding in the warmer months.
The two developments form part of Aman's continued global expansion, bringing its hospitality concept to the maritime sector while investing in the refurbishment of established properties. -TTN
