Enshaa is on track with its plans to develop Palazzo Versace resort located within Culture Village of Dubai Creek in Dubai, UAE. The construction is ongoing as of January and is expected to be completed in Q1 2015. The Palazzo Versace Dubai Resort and Condominiums will have a built-up area of 130,000 sq m on a premium waterfront location with unobstructed views of the creek. The residential wings of Ala Destra and Ala Sinistra will offer 169 luxury condominiums ranging from one to six bedrooms with access to the hotel's services. The hotel will comprise a day spa, restaurants and 215 hotel suites furnished with an exclusive line of products from the Versace Home Collection.
The project has a waterfront setting and will possess spectacular architecture, Italian furnishings, extraordinary service and an ambience of pure glamour. The hotel will have fabulous restaurants, a "water salon" around a stunning lagoon-style pool, a state-of-the-art gymnasium, a sensual world class day spa and opulent meeting and conference facilities. The project in Dubai is the second Palazzo Versace after the first one in Australia’s Gold Coast. Emirates Sunland Group is the PMC, EFECO is the MEP consultant and Hyder Consulting Group is the structural engineering consultant. SCOPE OF WORK
