Exhibition World Bahrain offers a generous 95,000 sqm of customisable exhibition space

Exhibition World Bahrain, the Kingdom's largest government project second only to its international airport, is already making waves in the global events industry, after just two years of operation. The venue, which recently won the World Travel Awards for "World's Leading New Exhibition and Conventions Centre" and "The Middle East's Large Scale Wedding Venue 2024", has quickly established itself as a premier destination for conferences, exhibitions, and events of all sizes.

TTN’s Publishing Director, Kim Thomson, recently had the opportunity to experience Exhibition World Bahrain firsthand while attending the 9th UN World Tourism Forum on Gastronomy in November 2024. This is the first time the UN’s gastronomy forum has been held in the Middle East. Despite hosting this major international event, where over 500 visitors from 50 countries attended, Exhibition World Bahrain was seamlessly preparing for three more concurrent events: Cityscape Bahrain, Jewellery Arabia, and Scent Arabia. This impressive logistical feat showcased the venue's remarkable capacity and operational efficiency.

Exhibition World Bahrain offers a generous 95,000 sqm of exhibition space, the centrepiece of which is the Grand Hall, a versatile space that can accommodate up to 10,000 guests. With retractable seating, multiple configurations, and state-of-the-art audio-visual technology, the Grand Hall can be adapted to suit any event, from large-scale conferences and exhibitions to weddings, graduations, and theatrical performances.

The venue also boasts 94 meeting rooms, including 10 VIP Majlises, catering to a range of suitable options for business and social gatherings. Exhibition World Bahrain further enhances the guest experience with its own in-house catering services, offering a wide range of culinary options to suit every palate.

With its world-class facilities, strategic location, and commitment to excellence, Exhibition World Bahrain is poised to become a leading player in the global MICE industry. As Bahrain continues to expand its tourism offerings and attract international visitors with several brand debuts planned for 2025 and early 2026, Exhibition World Bahrain will play a crucial role in showcasing the country's dynamic and vibrant culture to the world.
