General Manager, Eva Muscheid

In a recent interview with TTN Middle East, General Manager, Eva Muscheid, said: “We have enjoyed tremendous success over the past four years. Guests are often pleasantly surprised upon arrival, impressed by the hotel’s offerings and its unique location.”

The hotel’s achievements are attributed not only to strategic marketing and partnerships but also to its consistent ability to exceed expectations and craft unforgettable guest experiences. A defining feature of the property is the strong rapport its team builds with guests.

Building on this success, the hotel continues to evolve, constantly enhancing its offerings to cater to diverse needs.

Muscheid highlighted the property’s distinctive modern and industrial chic design, saying: “As you explore the property, you’ll notice features like the stunning lobby backdrop and bicycles embedded in the wall. These timeless designs leave a lasting impression on our guests.”

Located in the heart of Dubai, the hotel provides convenient access to iconic attractions and the city’s business districts. “We’re minutes from the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, while also close to the Creek, the Gold Souk, and the Spice Souk,” Muscheid said. “The easy access to modern attractions and old Dubai’s charms is ideal for leisure travellers, and our proximity to business districts and two metro stations makes us equally appealing to corporate guests.”

The property boasts 303 guestrooms, 131 fully furnished apartments, and 24 suites, offering a range of accommodations designed for comfort and style. “Our most popular rooms are those with Burj Khalifa views, offering breathtaking perspectives of Dubai’s skyline,” Muscheid noted. For longer stays or families, the apartments -- ranging from one to four bedrooms -- offer the comforts of home, including fully equipped kitchens, washing machines, dishwashers, and, in many cases, balconies with city views.

Some guests have even made the hotel their home since its opening. “We’ve witnessed families grow here,” Muscheid shared. “Children have been born, celebrated milestones, and started school while staying with us. Being part of these personal journeys is truly special.”

STUNNING POOLS

Among the hotel’s standout facilities are its two swimming pools. “Our adults-only 19th-floor rooftop pool and café are particularly unique,” Muscheid noted. “The views are spectacular – you can see the Dubai Frame, Burj Khalifa, the Museum of the Future, and even the historic old town.”

Dining at the hotel is another highlight. The Spice Tree restaurant offers a creative take on Indian urban fusion cuisine, while catering to a variety of tastes including Arabic, Asian and European. Meanwhile, Larte Caffè in the lobby serves Italian-inspired dishes in a vibrant setting, and the pool lounges provide refreshing beverages in a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel’s meeting and event spaces accommodate everything from grand celebrations to intimate gatherings, while wellness offerings include a state-of-the-art gym, a spa, and concierge-curated activities like walking tours and cycling. The team also organises morning walks for team members and guests are welcome to join, fostering a sense of community and well-being.

Catering to a diverse clientele, the hotel draws guests from the GCC, Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America. Strong corporate partnerships, travel agency collaborations, and the Hilton Honors programme, along with digital marketing efforts, drive its bookings.

The Indian market, in particular, remains a cornerstone of the hotel’s success, supported by its location in an area frequented by Indian travellers. The hotel actively engages with this demographic through roadshows and hosting Indian weddings, a growing segment of its business.

SUSTAINABLE FUTURE

Aligned with Hilton’s “Travel with Purpose strategy”, the hotel has implemented numerous sustainability measures, including reducing single-use plastics, introducing energy-saving technologies, and addressing food waste using the AI-powered Winnow system. This innovation helps the hotel minimise food waste, which is now entirely composted, eliminating the need for landfill disposal.

Community engagement remains a key priority for the hotel, with initiatives such as beach cleanups, participation in Earth Hour and World Water Day, and more. Additionally, the hotel actively collaborates with organizations supporting children of determination.

The hotel is continuously striving to enhance its food and beverage offerings, ensuring an elevated experience for all guests. Looking ahead, plans are in place to introduce new initiatives, such as creating a dedicated space for remote workers and upgrading recreational areas to be more family-friendly. These enhancements are designed to cater to both long-term guests and local visitors, reinforcing the hotel's commitment to innovation and inclusivity.
