For a Christmas and New Year escape in style, Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita is preparing to welcome families and friends for sun-soaked days of fun and relaxation, ahead of magical evenings of diverse dining and entertainment for this year’s circus themed festive programme.
New Year’s Eve
Set to welcome 2019 in style, Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita will host a "Life’s a Circus" New Year’s Eve party at Bambou Restaurant and beach, featuring an array of acrobatic performances, magicians, clowns and an equestrian performance, plus much musical entertainment and a DJ playing from 11:00 pm into the early hours.
A gastronomical adventure
As a disciple of Alain Ducasse, Executive Chef Nicolas Vienne has created festive menus that reflect the creativity and attention to detail in every aspect of cuisine. Myriad flavours will be presented through a collection of international dishes, with special set menus for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
Themed evenings will range from local catch and the finest shellfish to an immersion in the aromas of India for a Bollywood evening and the flavours of China, Thailand and Indonesia at Asian Night.
Endless activities await
The island paradise of Mauritius is the perfect setting from which to enjoy a range of leisure activities. At the Resort, choose from the daily complimentary golf initiation, private fitness classes, exploring the 64 acre grounds by bicycle or even a guided snorkel around the rich marine life of the mangroves with WiseOceans Marine Educator Roshni Mangar. The lagoon welcomes no end of watersport activities, while for those keen to explore the island’s nature, scenic horse riding excursions contrast with the thrill of mountainside ziplining and racing through sugar cane fields by quad bike at the nearby Domaine de L’Etoile.
A holistic spa experience
For rejuvenation in the most tranquil of settings, the Resort’s Spa offers treatments to soothe, de-stress and invigorate. Overwater couple’s suites, fitted with their own steam room, provide complete privacy in which to enjoy a signature ritual or massage. Yogi Prabhir Podder will be on hand to lead both private and group yoga classes, either in the Spa’s waterfront yoga pavilion or on the shores of the Resort’s Quiet Beach.
All pool villa accommodation
Private villas make up the resort’s accommodation, each featuring their own pool and tropical garden. For families, two- to five-bedroom Residence Villas provide expansive indoor and outdoor living space, while for couples, the one-bedroom Pool Villas may be selected to suit their preferred view and location; Garden, Mangrove, Ocean and Beach.
Rates for festive season start from €1,830 ($2,107.5) per night. A minimum length of stay of seven nights applies as from December 26 to January 7, 2019. - TradeArabia News Service
