Elaf Hotels signs services agreement with Al-Zamazemah
Elaf Hotels, a subsidiary of the Elaf Group, has signed a collaboration agreement with Al-Zamazemah Company, as part of which the latter will provide Zamzam water to Elaf hotels in Makkah and Madinah.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Hassan Abu Al-Faraj, a member of the company’s board of directors; and Abdullah Qazzaz, CEO of Al-Zamazmah Company on the sidelines of the recent Hajj and Umrah Forum.
Dr Adel Ezzat, CEO of Elaf Group, said the tie-up will have a positive impact on the pilgrims during their stay at Elaf hotels to visit the Kaaba and the Prophet’s Mosque. He added that this will also improve the services offered to customers which in turn will enhance their accommodation experience.
Ezzat further pointed out that providing Zamzam water comes in line with the group's vision and strategy to ensure the comfort of its hotel guests and provide them with a distinguished experience during their stay in the hotel.
Hassan Abu Al-Faraj said: “We are pleased to sign this agreement with Elaf Group and provide Zamzam water to the guests in its Mecca and Madinah hotels. We are confident that this collaboration will play a significant role in enhancing the experience of the pilgrims and contribute to support the national strategies which are aimed at enhancing the quality of the services provided in the Hajj and Umrah sector. During the Forum, Elaf Hotels also showcased its new amenities and latest facilities in Saudi Arabia. The event proved to be a strategic platform for the Group as it brought together the most prominent players in the hospitality sector and provided a vital destination to host several sessions and discussions related to the development of the Hajj and Umrah in the Kingdom.
