Grand Millennium Al Wahda earns triple ISO certification

Grand Millennium Al Wahda, a luxury five-star hotel located in the centre of Abu Dhabi, has been awarded triple certification from the International Organization for Standardization, an international standard-setting body.
Following an audit by the organisation, the hospitality leader has received the ISO 9001:2015 certificate in recognition of the organizations Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 for their Environmental Management System and ISO 45001:2018 for their Health and Safety Management System.
ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards certificate recognises hotels and hospitality outlets delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction and establishing processes for continuous development. The ISO 14001: 2015 certification is issued to companies implementing Environmental Management System, strategically managing and continuously improving their environmental performance. A systematic approach was designed to achieve targets and objectives for demonstrating their commitment to environmental conduct.
After an intense audit, the property also received ISO 45001:2018 certificate confirming excellence and good practices in Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. Awarded to companies committed to the development of a culture of prevention and continuous improvement focusing on prevention management as well as on the co-participation of the entire team in guaranteeing safer and healthier working environments.
