One&Only The Palm will welcome Casea 101 by Yannick Alléno on October 19, 2026, introducing a new waterfront dining destination inspired by the flavours and social atmosphere of the Riviera.
The restaurant will focus on Italian coastal cuisine,
Mediterranean ingredients and seasonal produce, with seafood, shellfish and
fresh catches at the centre of the menu.
Chef Yannick Alléno will present dishes designed for
sharing, including seafood towers, crudos, fire-cooked seasonal catches and
pizzas prepared in an open kitchen.
Casea 101’s design will reflect Mediterranean seaside
living, combining pavilion-style architecture, natural textures, sun-washed
tones, warm woods and curved forms.
Positioned along the waterfront at One&Only The Palm,
Casea 101 aims to bring the spirit of the Riviera to Dubai through a
