Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts will introduce a series of festive experiences across Atmosphere Kanifushi, VARU by Atmosphere and RAAYA by Atmosphere, combining Maldivian traditions, culinary celebrations, wellness, entertainment and family activities from December 2026 to January 2027.
Each resort will offer a distinctive programme reflecting
its character, with celebrations designed around discovery, creativity and
togetherness.
At Atmosphere Kanifushi, Kanifushi Odyssey will run from December
21, 2026, to January 7, 2027, featuring themed island celebrations, including
Pirates Under the Stars, Santa’s arrival by sea on Christmas Eve and Christmas
in Neon Tides on Christmas Day.
Guests can also experience cultural activities, themed
dining at Kanifushi Trattoria and World Kitchen, and The Crown of Midnight, a
New Year’s Eve gala.
RAAYA by Atmosphere will host Wonka Winter Wonderland from December
23 to January 7, offering chocolate-inspired experiences and creative
activities for all ages.
Highlights include a glow-in-the-dark party, Christmas
morning celebrations featuring chocolate carving and Santa’s arrival, and a
traditional Maldivian dinner accompanied by Bodu Beru drumming. New Year’s Eve
will feature a masquerade celebration with themed dining and entertainment.
At VARU by Atmosphere, Colour of Lights – A Luminous Island
Journey will run from December 22 to January 7, celebrating the tropical island
setting and Maldivian heritage.
Experiences include Maldivian high tea, live sweets
stations, outdoor festive cinema, Christmas carols and a Christmas Eve gala.
Across the three resorts, guests can also enjoy wellness
activities, marine exploration, creative workshops, family entertainment and
culinary experiences, with most activities included in the Holiday Plan.
The programmes aim to offer visitors varied festive
experiences while showcasing Maldivian culture, island hospitality and the
