Mandarin Oriental Exceptional Homes has added 12 properties to its global portfolio, bringing its collection to 43 private vacation homes across 18 destinations.
The expansion introduces new locations in Croatia, Greece,
Italy and Spain, while extending the brand’s presence in Puglia and the French
Riviera.
Florence joins the collection with Villa Petrucci and Dimora
Ghirlandaio, offering historic architecture, refined interiors and panoramic
views across the city and Tuscan countryside.
Villa Petrucci underwent a five-year restoration led by
architect and designer Massimo Adario, while Dimora Ghirlandaio combines
artistic heritage with traditional materials and views of the Chianti hills.
Il Cellese adds a private estate in Chianti, surrounded by
vineyards.
In Sardinia, Villa Ada and Villa Marzia offer beachfront
settings, direct coastal access and sea views.
The portfolio also expands in Puglia with Trullo delle Dame
and Trullo dei Pumi, restored properties reflecting the region’s traditional
architectural heritage.
Marbella remains a key growth market, with seven design-led
villas added across locations including La Zagaleta and Nueva Andalucía’s Golf
Valley.
The collection’s Asian presence also grows with Tatvani, a
private estate in Thailand’s Chiang Rai region featuring teak-crafted villas
amid rice fields and mountain scenery.
Each property is individually owned and selected for its
location, design and ability to deliver Mandarin Oriental’s service standards.
Offerings include dedicated concierge services, private
chefs, daily housekeeping and luxury amenities.
“As the portfolio evolves, our focus remains on purposeful
growth; introducing new destinations that broaden our global reach while
preserving the intimacy, discretion and exceptional service our guests expect.
This next phase reflects both the strength of the collection and our ambition
for its continued expansion,” said Philip Leighton, Head of Mandarin Oriental
Exceptional Homes. -TTN
