Le Dune Piscinas reopens with new breeze

Share

Le Dune Piscinas, a boutique hotel located on the southwestern coast of Sardinia, will reopen for its second season on April 18th, 2025.

The hotel is situated in the unspoiled Costa Verde, a 47-kilometer stretch of golden dunes and crystal-clear Mediterranean waters.

The hotel's renovation is a result of research and collaboration with institutions responsible for the preservation of the heritage site, protected by the Ministry of Culture.

The renovation has preserved and enhanced the historic remains of the local industrial mining heritage, putting the hotel at the forefront of environmental sustainability.

The hotel features twenty-eight elegantly appointed rooms and suites that offer breathtaking views of the sea and dunes, allowing guests to unwind to the soothing sound of the waves at night.

The hotel also boasts three distinct restaurants, ranging from fine dining to casual all-day dining, as well as an American bar and a beach bar.

Guests can indulge in ultimate relaxation at the spa and gym, set at sea and dune level, or take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool, which includes a section designed for water trekking, complete with two submerged treadmills.

The hotel's library offers books on Sardinian culture, including its food and wine heritage, and is an ideal venue for events and conferences.

Next to the hotel's Piazzetta is a silent cinema where guests can browse and choose from a range of films.

The private and immersive experience, enhanced by wireless headphones, is the perfect way to unwind after dinner.

Chef Angelo Biscotti, who has been working with F&B Manager Carlo Pierato, will oversee the culinary offerings at three of the hotel's restaurants: Rosso Tramonto, an exclusive fine dining venue; Ginepro, an all-day dining concept; and Maestrale, a beachfront restaurant perfect for a peaceful and romantic dinner by the sea.

The menus of each restaurant will focus on fresh, local products, with minimal processing to preserve the integrity of the ingredients.

Chef Biscotti aims to highlight the best of Sardinia's produce, respecting its natural qualities while incorporating influences from other regions and cultures.

With a focus on health-conscious cuisine, the dishes will offer a balanced blend of traditional flavours and contemporary techniques, offering guests a memorable and satisfying dining experience. -TradeArabia News Service
