Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah has appointed Jaroslav Hoznourek as Director of Food and Drinks. He brings over 20 years of experience in hospitality across Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia. Prior to this, Hoznourek was at Conrad Dubai, leading large-scale F&B operations.
