Club Med Vittel Ermitage emerges with new look

The newly renovated, all-inclusive Club Med Vittel Ermitage is located at the footsteps of France’s second oldest golf course

After 10 months of renovation, golfers’ paradise Club Med Vittel Ermitage has reopened completely renovated and modernised, under the supervision of Agence Prost, specialists in interior design.

Beginning at the foot of the hotel is the legendary 18-hole par 72 course Parcours Le Mont Saint Jean, the second golf course created in France in 1905. This physical, hilly and wooded course offers a magnificent viewpoint over the Vittel valley at its highest point.

Around €15 million has been invested in this transformation, thanks to Vittel Invest and its shareholders Banque des Territoires and Crédit Agricole Alsace Vosges, supervised by Atream, and the support of local authorities.

With a capacity of 132 rooms, including 28 new ones, this resort will welcome families and active couples looking for nature, seminars, or international travellers discovering the French countryside in the Vosges.

The common areas have been reinvented, unveiling a new, more contemporary look in line with new customer expectations: entrance, bar, restaurant, plus a new veranda. As for activities, the fitness room has been completely redesigned, and Gravel bike rides complete the all-inclusive Club Med Vittel Ermitage offer. Outside, a new area called Le Jardin will enable guests to enjoy the green setting in which the Resort is located, as will the new outdoor swimming pool.

The major renovation of Club Med Vittel Ermitage is part of the Vittel Horizon 2030 project, the result of a strong ambition of the local authorities to revitalise Vittel as a destination, enrich its offer, and diversify its customer base.
