Sameera Madusanka Fernando has been appointed as the new Pastry Chef at Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi. He rejoins Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi from Movenpick Resort Kuredhivaru in the Maldives, where he led the pastry and bakery department with distinction.
