Pasha Development a distinguished Azerbaijani real estate developer and subsidiary of Pasha Holding, has signed a management agreement with Marriott International to bring The Ritz-Carlton Residences to Baku.

Located in Baku’s vibrant Nasimi district, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Baku are situated in the landmark 31-storey The Ritz-Carlton, Baku building. Fourteen floors are already home to the hotel, the brand’s first hotel in the country.
