Museum of The Future

Dubai, the city that keeps reinventing itself is ready for an upbeat year complete with record-breaking attractions and cultural hangouts opening to the public.

In early 2021, Atlantis Aquaventure is set to become one of the biggest waterparks in the world with the exciting addition of a third action-packed tower. The region’s number one waterpark will break records with the 34-metre tall ‘Trident Tower’, which will introduce 12 incredible new slides to the Atlantis Aquaventure offering and entertain everyone from the little daredevils to the waterpark veterans.  The region's largest immersive Hollywood-inspired theme park, MOTIONGATE Dubai, will start 2021 on a high note, and earn the park a multitude of world firsts when it launches two brand new, thrilling rides as part of its expansion of the Lionsgate Zone.

MOTIONGATE Dubai becomes home to the first ever theme park rollercoaster inspired by the global hit action franchise John Wick, whose first three instalments have grossed nearly $600 million at the worldwide box office. The Lionsgate Zone will also introduce the world’s fastest single-car spinning coaster based on the popular twists and turns of heist thriller franchise Now You See Me.

However, what is set to be 2021’s most anticipated opening, the Museum of the Future aims to serve as a base to explore the greatest challenges and technologies that will shape the world of tomorrow. Contrary to the usual concept of traditional museums based behind closed windows displaying eras of the past, masterpieces, and encounters, the Museum of the Future is distinguished by being an incubator for innovative ideas, technology, and future projects. It is a global destination for inventors and entrepreneurs. The museum also provides its patrons with a set of immersive experiences.
