SARAYA Bandar Jissah has hosted the ground-breaking ceremony for the second major construction stage of Oman’s newest integrated tourism complex (ITC), located in the heart of the touristic area to the southeast of Muscat.
Building on renewed confidence in the Oman real estate market and tourism growth, Saraya Bandar Jissah is the first ITC to launch since 2007. At the heart of the touristic hospitality are the two five-star hotels situated on the beachfront affording unique and spectacular views around the secluded cove towards the Hajar mountains. The residential units, designed to maximise the outstanding natural beauty, offer spectacular locations within the meandering valleys affording panoramic views through the development towards the tranquil beachfront setting. Extensively landscaped throughout the development provides lush green areas, paths and walkways that lead to hidden oasis of peace and tranquillity. Saraya Bandar Jissah is located on the outskirts of Muscat on a unique secluded beach surrounded by the Hajjar Mountains. The destination will be built on 2.2 million square metres of land with an expansive beachfront and a high point of 250 metres. Saraya Bandar Jissah, an integrated tourism complex supported by the Government of Oman and one of the global luxurious destinations offered by Saraya, will be home to exclusive residential units, two 5-star beachfront hotels and a recreational area. Saraya Bandar Jissah is being developed in partnership between the Government of Oman’s tourism development and investment arm, Omran and Saraya Oman.
