The Secon Nile Towers, a couple of towers in Maadi, south of Cairo, Egypt is under construction. The project headed by Saudi Egyptian Construction Company (SECON) is set to be completed in the third quarter of this year.
The project will have a 105,000 sq m built up area and will consist of two towers of 22 storeys each; a 5-star hotel tower with 256 rooms and a residential tower with 114 hotel apartments. The first tower is a residential one with a sophisticated finishing. Eight replicated residential floors with a unique view on the River Nile for all 114 units with various areas that satisfies all tastes with a luxurious finishing. Various areas range between 300 to 400 sq m. The residential tower is provided with elevators and parking services, as the residential tower parking area is of 9,500 square meters with a capacity of 230 cars and equipped with CCTV systems and electronic gates, in addition to a trained security team. The second tower which is hotel operated by Hilton International will include a luxurious reception hall, restaurants, cafes, meeting rooms, and health club besides businessmen services. This tower contains 256 hotel sweets composed of rooms (single – double – triple) as well as two floors as an international mall) and one administrative floor. Hill International is the PMC consultant, Space Consultants is the design consultant and a joint venture between SIAC Industrial Construction and Engineering Company and Arabtec Egypt for Construction are the main construction contractors.

TIMELINE February 2015 - Construction of the project was ongoing.
