Just 13 minutes from Haneda Airport and six minutes from Tokyo and Shinagawa stations, Fairmont Tokyo's prime location means visitors can delight in the tranquility of the Shibaura district with its many picturesque canals, while enjoying Tokyo's vibrant city centre.
The hotel's interiors, thoughtfully designed by internationally acclaimed BAR Studio, showcase a refined color palette, rich textures, and subtle cues referencing traditional Japanese techniques such as weaving and 'Kintsugi' both integrated into the property's art and textiles.
The result beautifully encapsulates the vibrancy of the city, reflecting the serenity of Tokyo Bay while paying homage to Japan's rich artisanal heritage.
Leveraging Fairmont's historic ties to the Canadian Pacific Railway, the interior design echoes Fairmont's legacy as a place that connects people across time and cultures.
The main lobby located on the 35th floor embodies a serene and tranquil space, perfectly blending nature with an abundance of lush greenery, seamlessly leading to beautiful outdoor terraces facing both East and West.
Upon opening, Fairmont Tokyo will offer 217 rooms ranging from 52 - 278 sq.mt, situated from the 36th - 42nd floors, each with breathtaking, unobstructed views through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows.

Fairmont Gold floors offer an elevated experience with Fairmont's hotel-within-a-hotel concept offering luxury and personalised service in both rooms and suites.
Guests can anticipate top-class amenities and wellness offerings at the much-coveted Fairmont Spa and Health Club located on the 35th floor, featuring a 24-hour accessible gym, indoor infinity pool, mist with dry saunas, and outdoor Relaxation Pool and Sundeck.
