
Ennismore, the leading lifestyle and leisure hospitality company, is set to expand its global footprint in 2025, with the opening of 20 new hotels and 35 F&B operations.
The company is set to enter new markets this year, including Australia with the launch of Hyde, Mondrian and 25hours hotels, and Ireland with the debut of The Hoxton Dublin. Ennismore will also introduce SLS to Europe and Mama Shelter to Asia, marking significant milestones in its global expansion.
Regionally, before the year is over, the brand will have opened three properties in Saudi Arabia (including an SLS in the Red Sea Project), a Mondrian in the UAE and two Rixos properties in Egypt, which opened in January this year.

RIXOS OBHUR JEDDAH
Rixos Obhur Jeddah Resort and Villas will be the first true all-inclusive, family-friendly lifestyle concept and beach resort in the heart of Obhur when it opens in early 2025. A haven for those seeking unforgettable experiences in a setting of luxury and exclusivity, the resort’s guestrooms offer the perfect blend of elegance and comfort, with stunning views of the Red Sea. RIXOS HOTEL IN KAEC
Nestled along the pristine Red Sea coastline in the dynamic King Abdullah Economic City, Rixos KAEC will offer a harmonious blend of opulent hospitality, world-class entertainment and stunning natural beauty. With a private 600-metre beachfront, exclusive overwater villas, and a wealth of recreational and dining experiences, Rixos KAEC is designed to cater to families and business guests alike. Opening scheduled for mid-2025.
SLS RED SEA
SLS's latest indulgent wonderland, part of The Red Sea Project, will bring the brand's lavish style to Saudi Arabia for the very first time when it opens in late 2025. The resort features 150 rooms, suites and villas, including one-, two-, three- and four- bedroom Pool Villas, each with a private swimming pool, alongside exquisite dining destinations, an extravagant ballroom, a luxurious spa and wellness centre, a marina and a championship 18-hole golf course.
MONDRIAN ABU DHABI
Also scheduled for a late 2025 opening, Mondrian makes its debut in Abu Dhabi in the city’s bustling downtown area. Designed by award-winning interior architect Tristan Du Plessis and set on a crystal-clear lagoon, Mondrian Abu Dhabi will feature over 300 guestrooms and serviced apartments, as well as six unique food and beverage venues, a ballroom, four meeting rooms, a spa, a swimming pool, kid’s club, a retail area and world-class fitness area.
RIXOS MONTAZA ALEXANDRIA
Located on the eastern edge of Alexandria on the Al-Montaza Bay, the newly opened Rixos Montaza Alexandria Hotel offers exquisitely designed rooms and suites, each offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea at Rixos Montaza Alexandria Hotel. Rixos RADAMIS Sharm El Sheikh
Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh is a breathtaking aqua paradise where guests can find a wide range of opportunities for the perfect holiday. Opening over 500 additional rooms in January this year, Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh has quickly become the ultimate family-friendly holiday getaway, which includes sports cafes, game rooms, a kids club, live entertainment, and exclusive culinary delights.
