Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk is celebrating its fifth anniversary with a special one-night La Nuit experience on 29 October 2025.

This event features a collaboration between Michelin-starred Chef Daniel Boulud from Brasserie Boulud and Chef Schilo Van Coevorden from Taiko Cuisine & Bar.

A six-course menu with premium beverages, combining French and local culinary influences.

Each dish uses locally sourced ingredients to reflect Dubai’s diverse culture.

Evening Overview:

Start at Taiko Cuisine & Bar: Chef Schilo presents three courses of modern Japanese cuisine paired with fine beverages and champagne.

Continuation at Brasserie Boulud: Chef Boulud serves three courses highlighting French culinary traditions adapted for a global audience.
