THE Radisson Blu Hotel has reached another milestone with the completion of an extensive renovation programme.
Following the upgrade, the property has launched 153 fresh and modern new rooms which have been created around two themes Ocean – a celebration of the colours of the sun, sea and sand, to create an ambience of elegant comfort – and Relax – rooms designed to de-stress and to soothe all the senses, ultimately chilled-out with bright and uplifting shades of raspberry that contrast against carved wood to enhance the emphasis on calm.
In addition to the extensive room and corridor renovation the hotel also installed WiFi in all rooms and upgraded its security features by introducing additional CCTV cameras and installing a sprinkler system. For the convenience of business travellers the property also now incorporates a state-of-the-art business-class lounge.
General manager, Michael Jacobi says: “These excellent new facilities, combined with the dynamic team here in the Radisson Blu, give us the fire power to underline the hotel’s position as the first choice business hotel in Muscat. There is no doubt that ‘The future is Blu’.
