BNW in deal to develop world’s first Dolce Residences by Wyndham in RAK

BNW Developments has sealed a strategic partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for the debut launch of its branded Dolce Residences Ras Al Khaimah on Al Marjan Island. Set for 2028 handover, it will feature 93 premium residential units and five exclusive retail spaces.

Radisson Hotel Group, in partnership with BNW Developments, has announced the signing of its landmark mixed-use hospitality project in Ras Al Khaimah - Radisson Blu Hotel, RAK Central and Radisson Blu Residences, RAK Central - set to open in 2029.
