Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf has appointed Hamid Raddawi as Executive Chef. He brings over 18 years of experience, contributing to both pre-opening projects and established properties. Prior to this, Raddawi was Executive Sous Chef at a five-star lifestyle resort, overseeing multiple dining venues.
