Gulf Air Group has received Great Place To Work Certification, recognising its workplace culture based on employee feedback.
The survey recorded an 81% participation rate among Group employees.
The certification evaluates trust, credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie through the organisation’s Trust Index Survey.
The achievement supports Gulf Air Group’s transformation strategy, which aims to improve employee experience, strengthen organisational effectiveness and foster a high-performing workplace culture.
