Accor and Dubai-based developer CITYVIEW Developments have announced the signing of Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan, expanding their partnership and introducing a new mixed-use development in Dubai.
The project was announced at the Future Hospitality Summit –
FHS World 2026 and is scheduled to open in 2029.
Located in Meydan Horizon, the development will combine 282 Pullman-branded residences and branded offices within one destination.
The
project marks a global milestone for Accor, introducing its first-ever branded
offices for sale and extending the Pullman brand into a new commercial real
estate segment.
Supported by Accor One Living, the project will feature one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom residences alongside a range of lifestyle and hospitality amenities.
These will include meeting and event spaces, a
screening room, games room, outdoor children’s area, padel court, three food
and beverage concepts, and fitness and wellness facilities.
Homeowners will also have access to Accor’s Owner Benefits
Programme, providing privileges at participating Accor hotels and resorts
worldwide.
The integration of Pullman-branded offices is designed to bring the brand’s hospitality expertise into the workplace.
The concept draws
on Pullman’s positioning around business, corporate travel and contemporary
lifestyles, combining residential and commercial environments within a single
development.

Iskander Enikeev said the project aims to create a new mixed-use concept in a
strategically located part of Dubai.

A key feature of the project will be Pullman Offices Dubai Meydan, which the developer describes as the world’s first branded office concept under an international hospitality brand.
The offices will seek to
bring hospitality standards, service culture and curated experiences into the
workplace.

The development’s Meydan location will provide proximity to Downtown Dubai while offering views of the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.
According to the developers, the project will be approximately five minutes from Downtown Dubai, five to 10 minutes from the Dubai International Financial Centre and 15 to 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
It will also
offer access to Dubai Design District, Dubai Creek, major arterial roads and
key business, retail and leisure destinations.
The project adds to the growing partnership between Accor and CITYVIEW Developments, which includes developments in the UAE and international markets.
Their existing portfolio includes Hyde Residences Dubai
Hills, Hyde Hotel Bodrum in Türkiye, ibis Styles Tbilisi Center in Georgia and
Tbilisi Philharmonic by Mercure Hotel in Georgia.
Pullman Hotels & Resorts currently operates more than 150 properties across more than 40 countries, with further openings in its global pipeline.
