Reach MENA has rebranded as TruReach, marking the company’s evolution from a MENA-founded travel media and technology specialist into a global Destination Growth Solutions company.

The new TruReach identity reflects its expanded international role and offering, while MENA remains central to its business, client relationships and future growth.

The company’s integrated model combines travel-demand intelligence, destination diagnostics and strategic advisory, media activation, and arrival attribution.

TruReach identifies demand opportunities, develops audience models, activates media through exclusive travel-data and media partnerships, and measures resulting visitor arrivals and economic impact.

Its services are designed for tourism ministries and boards, airlines, hotels, retailers and luxury brands seeking to identify valuable demand, address barriers to conversion and measure the outcomes of their investments.

“Our estimates indicate that fewer than one in ten people worldwide travelled internationally last year. This makes media wastage a major industry issue, yet campaigns are still launched against audience segments that do not reflect travel reality. TruPersonas, our AI-powered audience-intelligence layer, prioritises current, historic and future potential travellers using stronger indicators of intent and conversion potential. TruImpact then connects marketing activity with awareness, consideration, destination favourability, visitor arrivals and economic contribution,” said Maher Ghazal, Chief Growth Officer.

The company said changing consumer behaviour, connectivity, visa policies, economic conditions and geopolitical developments are making travel demand increasingly volatile, requiring destinations to adapt their strategies.

“Destinations and consumers are increasingly sophisticated, while every destination is competing for the same finite pool of travellers. Demand is also more volatile, influenced by consumer confidence, connectivity, visa policy, economic conditions and geopolitical developments. TruReach Advisory helps destinations understand where demand may come from, how to influence travellers when decisions are made, and how to align short-term activity with long-term plans,” said John Speers, VP of Tourism Strategy.

TruReach said its approach is designed to connect market intelligence with media investment and measurable tourism outcomes across multiple markets, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Italy, Germany and the UK.

“Tourism growth cannot be approached through isolated media or marketing decisions. The challenge applies across markets, from the UAE and Saudi Arabia to Italy, Germany and the UK. Connecting demand signals, market context, audience intelligence, activation and measurement gives destination leaders a clearer basis for investment and adaptation. We are taking this offering internationally through our presence in London and Milan,” said Eyad Abdul Khalek, Executive Advisor.

China will be a key focus of the company’s international expansion. Iris Guan has joined as Managing Director of TruReach China, where she will lead product development and strengthen partnerships across China’s travel and media ecosystem.

She brings more than 20 years of industry experience at Publicis, Omnicom and WPP.

Founded in 2010, Reach MENA initially focused on reaching niche, high-value audiences before developing into a travel and tourism specialist connecting media investment with visitor arrivals.

The company now supports more than 100 travel clients and partners and delivers more than 2,000 campaigns annually. Its work has generated three million verified visitor arrivals and $6 billion in measured economic impact.

The rebrand follows the launch of TruReach’s Shanghai and Milan operations at DMEXCO in 2025, expanding its international footprint beyond its MENA roots.

“When Reach MENA started, we helped clients identify and target the right audiences. Today, reach is the entry point, not the differentiator. Tourism leaders need to understand where valuable demand is emerging, what prevents it from converting and which investments generate real visitation and economic value. TruReach brings intelligence, advisory, activation and arrival attribution into one global model. Our goal is clear: earlier decisions, sharper investment and measurable tourism growth,” said Mazen Hallaway, CEO of TruReach. -TradeArabia News Service
