Explora Journeys is set to explore the Caribbean’s diverse islands, cultures and landscapes during its 2026-27 season, offering voyages across two ships from mid-October 2026 through March 2027.

The season will feature established destinations including Saint Barthélemy, Saint Lucia and the British Virgin Islands, alongside lesser-known locations.

The programme is designed to combine resort-style service and spacious accommodation with the convenience of visiting multiple destinations without the need for frequent packing or complex travel arrangements.

EXPLORA I will begin its Caribbean sailings from Miami on November 17, 2026, following a transatlantic journey from Barcelona.

Newly launched EXPLORA III will make its regional debut after departing Québec City on October 15 and travelling south along the Atlantic coast before reaching San Juan, Puerto Rico, on November 1.

“There is no single Caribbean,” said Anna Nash, President of Explora Journeys. “It is a collection of different worlds, each with its own character, traditions and natural beauty. Our approach is to bring these worlds together in one smooth Journey – giving our guests the elevated service, space and experiences they expect from an exceptional Caribbean resort, while allowing them to discover multiple sought-after destinations such as Saint Barthélemy, Saint Lucia and the British Virgin Islands. This is the Ocean State of Mind: the freedom to experience more, effortlessly.”

Destination experiences will include exploring The Baths on Virgin Gorda, whale watching in Samaná Bay, rainforest hikes and waterfalls in Dominica, and snorkelling at Grenada’s Underwater Sculpture Park.

Guests can also experience local music and culture in Trinidad and Tobago, explore Anguilla’s secluded coastline and discover Guadeloupe’s botanical gardens.

Culinary and cultural activities will include beachside lobster lunches, bespoke rum blending in Saint Kitts and hands-on chocolate-making experiences in Saint Lucia.

Onboard, guests will find oceanfront suites, open-air spaces, wellness facilities and dining inspired by Caribbean seafood, produce and spices.

Flexible dining and thoughtful inclusions allow travellers to shape their days around excursions, relaxation or time at sea.

The festive season will bring Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year celebrations to the Caribbean, with EXPLORA III guests able to welcome 2027 with fireworks over San Juan.

Across both ships, Explora Journeys aims to deliver a seamless Caribbean experience combining multiple destinations with luxury, wellness, dining and personalised hospitality. -TradeArabia News Service
