Caravan Hatta by Our Habitas has opened at Hatta Resorts, marking the hospitality brand’s debut in the United Arab Emirates. Set in the Hajar Mountains overlooking Hatta Dam, the retreat combines experiential hospitality with a focus on culture, community, nature and wellness.
Operating under Our Habitas’ “Luxury for the Soul” philosophy, the
property features 50 bespoke Airstream Caravans, comprising 13 Ridge and 37
Peak units. Each caravan offers valley or lake views and includes a queen bed,
pantry, bathroom, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a private wooden deck. The
interiors draw inspiration from the surrounding landscape, incorporating
earth-toned colours, natural materials and regional craftsmanship.
Facilities include a communal infinity pool, an Observatory Deck for
stargazing and wellness amenities such as a barrel sauna, outdoor cold plunge
and hot tub. Thuraya Wellness offers treatments, yoga and meditation sessions
designed around the natural environment.
Dining is centred on Madar, an open-air, chef-driven concept developed
with Paris Society Consulting. Inspired by Emirati influences and regional
flavours, the menu uses local ingredients alongside open-fire and underground
cooking techniques.
Guests can also take part in cultural and wellness activities, including
Arabic coffee rituals, sound healing and guided practices, while outdoor
adventures include hiking, cycling, kayaking and paddleboarding.

The opening builds on Dubai Holding and Ennismore’s partnership and
follows the success of Our Habitas AlUla in Saudi Arabia. Caravan Hatta becomes
the first Our Habitas property in the UAE, expanding the brand’s presence
