The Bahrain International Airshow’s Supreme Organising Committee has announced that the eighth edition of the event will be rescheduled from November 18–20, 2026, to November 15–17, 2028, at Sakhir Air Base.
The revised dates aim to facilitate broader
international participation by visitors, exhibitors, delegations and industry
partners, while maximising opportunities presented by the globally recognised
event.
The committee said the 2028 edition will
help attract wider international participation and strengthen Bahrain’s
position within the global aviation community.
The Committee said:
"Preparations for the eighth edition are continuing in close coordination
with stakeholders, partners and the international aerospace community,
enhancing the airshow’s role in building partnerships, supporting business and
international trade opportunities, and cementing the position of the Kingdom of
Bahrain as a prominent destination for specialised international events,
affirming its anticipation of welcoming exhibitors, visitors, delegations and
partners to the Kingdom of Bahrain during November 2028."
Launched in 2010, the Bahrain International
Airshow has become a key fixture on the international aviation and aerospace
