Global Partners has entered into an agreement with Marriott International to develop two branded residential projects in Dubai Creek, marking a major milestone for the waterfront district and the investment firm’s second flagship real estate fund.
The agreement was formalised at the sales centre of OCTA
Properties, the projects’ official sales and marketing partner.
The developments will introduce residences under two of
Marriott’s brands: Westin, focused on wellness-centred living, and Renaissance,
designed around cultural discovery and an expressive lifestyle.
The projects will form part of a broader masterplan
featuring health and wellness facilities, luxury hotels and a walkable public
realm integrating residential, commercial and leisure spaces.
Residents will also have access to educational and medical
services, as well as major transport connections, including the upcoming Etihad
Rail, a future Metro station and the RTA water taxi.
“We are proud to work with Marriott International to bring
two distinctive branded residences to this community. Dubai living has become
more purposeful and wellness-focused in recent years, and we are excited to
contribute to this shift toward more intentional lifestyles,” said Bader Saeed
Hareb, Executive Chairman of Global Partners Property Fund II.
“We are delighted to collaborate with Global Partners to
bring our first Westin and Renaissance branded residences to the UAE. While
Renaissance residences offer a lifestyle rooted in spontaneous discovery,
Westin homeowners can expect living spaces designed with wellness as a focal
point,” said Jaidev Menezes, Regional Vice President – Mixed-Use Development,
EMEA, Marriott International.
Global Partners said nature and wellbeing will be central to the design, with the developments intended to support long-term quality of life while adding to Dubai’s skyline and international profile.
