Saudi low-cost carrier flynas will launch three weekly direct flights between Riyadh and Kochi (Cochin) in India from September 1, expanding its international network and strengthening air connectivity between Saudi Arabia and India.

The new route forms part of flynas’ continued expansion in the Indian market and supports Saudi Arabia’s tourism and aviation objectives under Vision 2030.

Kochi, located in Kerala, is a major coastal and commercial hub in southern India.

The new service will provide travellers with additional options between the two destinations.

Following the launch, flynas will operate a total of 39 weekly flights between Saudi Arabia and India.

The airline currently connects Riyadh with six Indian cities: Delhi, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Kozhikode, Mumbai and Kochi.

In addition, flynas operates weekly direct flights between Dammam and Lucknow, further expanding connectivity between the Kingdom and India. -TradeArabia News Service
