Ooredoo Kuwait, Qatar Airways team up on loyalty rewards

Ooredoo Kuwait has partnered with Qatar Airways Privilege Club to expand travel rewards available through its Nojoom loyalty programme, allowing customers to convert Nojoom points into Avios directly via the Ooredoo App.

Under the agreement, members can exchange points starting from 2,000 Nojoom for 500 Avios, with options extending to 20,000 Nojoom for 5,000 Avios.

The converted Avios can be redeemed for award flights, cabin upgrades, extra baggage, shopping at Qatar Duty Free, holiday packages through Qatar Airways Holidays, and flights operated by oneworld and partner airlines.

The collaboration is aimed at enhancing the travel benefits available to Ooredoo customers while strengthening the company’s loyalty ecosystem through partnerships with international brands.

It also supports the expansion of travel and tourism-related offerings within the Nojoom platform.

Nojoom, Ooredoo Kuwait’s loyalty programme, has become one of the country’s most widely used customer rewards platforms.

The programme enables users to earn and redeem points across a broad range of sectors, including travel, hospitality, food, grocery, electronics, fashion, restaurants, entertainment and wellness.
