Vista, a leading private aviation group, announced that its Members are among the first to experience the Bombardier Global 8000, the fastest civil aircraft since the Concorde.
The aircraft has been
introduced to Vista’s fleet as part of a planned upgrade from its current
Global 7500 jets, with two aircraft converted per month until all 18 are Global
8000s by year-end, establishing the world’s largest subscription fleet of this
revolutionary jet.
These upgrades include
advanced engineering and software enhancements, enabling more direct
ultra-long-range routes and strengthening Vista’s global presence across over
200 countries and territories.
The Global 8000 has
been certified by Transport Canada, the FAA, and EASA, demonstrating adherence
to next-generation performance and safety standards.
Its 8,000-nautical-mile range and low cabin
altitude of 2,691 feet enhance passenger comfort, allowing Members to arrive
rested and ready.
This launch
complements Vista’s recent agreement with Bombardier for 40 Challenger 3500
aircraft, with 120 additional options, highlighting the companies’ close
partnership.
With these
developments, Vista reinforces its position as the industry’s most scaled and
resilient private aviation group, offering unmatched global availability and
service.
Its membership model
provides exclusive access to luxury travel without ownership burdens, setting a
new standard for ultra-long-range private aviation.
“These
developments mark another important milestone in Vista’s ongoing commitment to
operating the most advanced fleet in private aviation,” said Thomas Flohr,
Founder and Chairman of Vista. “For our Members, greater speed and extended
range translate directly into practical benefits such as reaching their
destination faster or travelling more efficiently with direct flights. With
more Members flying further and more frequently, these capabilities allow us to
offer greater flexibility while maintaining the consistency and service that
sets Vista apart.”
“The Global 8000
stands apart as a truly no compromise aircraft, delivering unmatched speed,
exceptional comfort and industry-leading field performance,” Éric Martel,
President and CEO of Bombardier added. “With the addition of the Global
8000 to its fleet, Vista will offer its customers the best of what is possible
in the industry.” -TradeArabia News Service
