voco Dubai Monaco, The Heart of Europe, has announced the appointment of Emad Ramzy as its new Multi-Property General Manager.
With more than 20 years of hospitality leadership experience across the UAE, Ramzy brings extensive expertise in luxury and upscale hotel operations, commercial performance, food and beverage, and team development.
Most recently, he served as General Manager of Crowne Plaza Dubai Jumeirah and Crowne Plaza Dubai Deira.
His career has been largely built within IHG Hotels & Resorts, where he has held senior leadership positions at Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City and InterContinental Dubai Festival City.
Over the course of his career, Ramzy has developed a strong reputation for operational leadership, commercial performance and building high-performing teams.
He has also been recognised by Hotelier Middle East as a Top Hotel General Manager for three consecutive years, as well as being recognised as F&B Manager of the Year.
In his new role, Ramzy will lead the overall operations and strategic direction of voco Dubai Monaco, with a focus on strengthening commercial performance, enhancing the guest experience, driving operational excellence and supporting the continued development of the team.
His appointment marks a new chapter for voco Dubai Monaco as the hotel continues to strengthen its position within Dubai's hospitality landscape and The Heart of Europe.
Outside of work, Ramzy enjoys travelling, swimming and reading, along with discovering new destinations and spending quality time with his family. -TTN
