Preferred Hotels & Resorts welcomes 10 new independent luxury hotels

Preferred Hotels & Resorts has expanded its global portfolio with 10 new member properties joining between April 1 and June 30, 2026, strengthening its independent luxury offering across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Caribbean and the Middle East.

"Each reflects a strong sense of place and individuality, whether through thoughtful design, immersive cultural connections, innovative wellness offerings, or exceptional service, further expanding the diverse range of experiences available through Preferred Hotels & Resorts."

Among the new additions is The Botany in Saint Thomas, US Virgin Islands, an intimate retreat featuring 20 villa-style accommodations, two pools, spa facilities and nature-focused experiences. The Meru Sanur in Bali joins the L.V.X. Collection with 184 suites, beachfront access and wellness experiences inspired by Balinese healing traditions.

In Kenya’s Masai Mara, Ilora Retreats offers 14 tented suites across 30 acres of protected wilderness, with game drives, bush walks, hot-air balloon safaris and cultural experiences. Via Antwerp in Belgium combines contemporary design, Art Nouveau-inspired interiors and cultural programming across 176 guestrooms and suites.

Lisbon’s MYTHIC SANA Downtown Suites features 48 guestrooms and suites in a restored historic building, alongside personalised butler services and contemporary dining.

The portfolio also includes Montebelo Vista Alegre Lisboa Chiado Hotel, San Clemente Palace Venice, Teatro Luxury Apartments, The Victoria Killarney and Wynn Al Marjan Island.

Prefer Hotel Rewards members can earn 2,500 bonus points on eligible stays at participating new properties for a limited time. -TTN
