Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort has appointed Henrico Grobbelaar as Executive Chef. He brings over 20 years of culinary experience and was named San Pellegrino Young Chef of the World by 30. Prior to this, he was Executive Chef at Anantara Iko Mauritius Resort & Villas.
