Jumeirah Group's latest venture, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, opened last month, marking the completion of its nautical-themed trilogy alongside the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Burj Al Arab. The resort, located on Dubai's exclusive beachfront, is opening as a significant step in redefining ultra-luxury hospitality, blending regional heritage with innovative design and service.
Designed by architect Shaun Killa, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab boasts a striking superyacht-inspired aesthetic. Interior design, drawing inspiration from the golden hour, incorporates marble, wood, handcrafted carpets, and crystal lighting. The resort comprises 386 rooms and suites, 82 serviced residences, and an 82-berth superyacht marina. It also features a spa and a curated selection of dining experiences, as well as four outdoor and one indoor pool. The resort's design aims to create a sense of discovery, with a dramatic arch entrance and intimate dining experiences throughout. With five pools set in lush landscaping, 11 curated dining experiences and four destination bars crafted by internationally acclaimed designers, a Viennoiserie by celebrated pastry chef Pierre Hermé. The hotel offers a range of accommodation options. Rooms and suites, inspired by Riva boats, feature stylish interiors and expansive terraces. Suites are designed with a superyacht aesthetic, offering access to the Iliana Pool Club. For an elevated experience, the Presidential Suite includes a private plunge pool, while the Royal Suite offers a 310 sqm terrace and the option to expand into a five-bedroom residence. The Pearl Suite features a wraparound terrace and event space. Jumeirah Residences Marsa Al Arab provides 82 one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, ranging from 79 sqm to 229 sqm, with marina or ocean views and access to private amenities. The Residences' lobby is adorned with a crystal chandelier and over 300 curated artworks. The 3,500 square metre Talise spa set over three floors completes the offering, providing female-only spaces and 13 treatment suites, each with a private terrace and captivating views over the Arabian Peninsula. * Find Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab on stand HC3210
