The Retreat Palm Dubai adds to its culinary team

The Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel has made changes to its culinary team. Chef Nrupen Pottavatri has been promoted from Executive Sous Chef to Executive Chef. Chef Pottavatri has been with the property since November 2017, starting out as Sous Chef. He has more than 15 years of culinary experience gained in UAE and India. Chef Mouin Al Najjad has been appointed as the new Sous Chef at Bait Al Nakhla, the property’s recently opened Arabic dining venue. Prior to this, he was the Arabic chef at Lapita Hotel at Dubai Parks and Resorts.
