The Creole term for Isle of Passion, Zil Pasyon is an array of 28 designer hilltop residences situated on Félicité Island, an undeveloped private island in Seychelles.
Seychelles, a collection of 116 islands off the east coast of Africa in the Indian Ocean, and has only recently opened to foreign purchasers, Seychelles offers home ownership benefits, including tax advantages, national residency, political and economic stability and a safe living environment.

Zil Pasyon villa owners will have full privacy, with secured access to residences, as well as such privileges as a private helicopter landing pad, personal butler service, dedicated concierge services and on-site property management. Villa owners will also have privileged access to resort amenities, which include a water sports centre, tennis courts, fine dining, infinity swimming pools and the world’s first Rock Wine Cave, a wine cellar nestled into a natural rock façade for wine tasting sessions and private degustation dinners.
