The Fire & Ice restaurant will soon be open for business at Raffles Dubai

Raffles Dubai, scheduled to open this month, will feature 248 generously proportioned rooms and suites, each with its own private balcony. Bookings are expected next month.

Rooms at Raffles Dubai offer breathtaking panoramic views of Dubai Creek and Dubai’s historic city, occupying a minimum of 70 square metres.
“Dubai is a destination known for its luxury, hospitality and culture,” said Hagop Doghramadjian, general manager of Raffles Dubai.
“Our rooms are designed to provide the finest in comfort, elegance and privacy. We are confident that guests will have an unparalleled experience through our first-rate service, our uncompromising standards and our flair for surpassing expectations.”
Raffles Dubai has already distinguished itself on the Dubai skyline with its unique pyramidal structure. While the hotel’s design is inspired by the past, it is discretely fitted with state of the art technology and built for the future. Internet access is available in every room via WiFi.  In addition, each room features an espresso machine, 40-inch LCD television and an iPod docking station.
The hotel features several floors dedicated to Raffles Inc suites, the global business address for discerning business travellers. The uncompromising service and thoughtful facilities, such as a private Raffles Inc lounge, catered to executives will ensure the ultimate business experience.
The hotel features four elegant Presidential Suites, each one thematically designed to reflect the elements of earth, wind, water and fire. Fiery splashes of colour in the fabrics and dark timber finishes accentuate the ‘fire’ themed suite, while the ‘earth’ themed suite features natural hues of creams and browns. Subtle blends of creams and whites create a soft, calming ambience in the ‘air’ themed suite, while soothing water features decorate the ‘water’ themed suite.
The most exquisite suites in the hotel are its two stunning royal suites. One draws inspiration from Asian design, while the other features Middle Eastern décor. Handcrafted ornaments and luxurious fabrics create a residential ambience to make these suites a sophisticated home away from home. Each suite is complemented by a private gym.
The hotel has revealed details of its exquisite 11 restaurants and bars that guests will be able to enjoy. The venues offer celebrated cuisines from around the world and a myriad of ambiences from the casual to the lavishly formal, to suit all tastes and occasions.
The Raffles Dubai experience would not be complete without a visit to its signature dining venues Fire & Ice – The Raffles Cellar & Grill and The Noble House, contemporary Chinese dining restaurant. Asiana offers a variety of authentic Asian dishes; Azur, overlooking the Raffles Sky Garden, offers all-day dining; and the Balinese-styled Crossroads Cocktail Bar is ideal for casual meetings. Raffles Salon at lobby level serves traditional afternoon tea while Café Raffles, adjacent to the immense Wafi City Mall, offers the perfect respite from shopping with its extensive selection of cakes and pastries.
The hotel embraces the best in nightlife entertainment with the New Asia Bar and Club.
A juice bar at RafflesAmrita Spa, and a pool-side restaurant and bar complete the dining selection at Raffles Dubai.
“Raffles Dubai is committed to redefining the city’s ideas of luxury, hospitality and cultural diversity. The world-class service and broad variety of restaurants at Raffles Dubai will exceed our guest’s expectations and become synonymous with fine dining,” said Dogramadjian.
Located within Wafi City, Raffles Dubai adjoins Wafi City Mall, one of Dubai’s most exclusive shopping and leisure destinations, home to hundreds of high-end retail boutiques offering an extensive selection of haute couture, jewellery and gifts. Adjacent to Dubai Healthcare City, only 15 minutes from Dubai airport and a short drive to the business district, the hotel is ideally placed in the heart of Dubai.
