Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, has opened its newest dining destination curated by Michelin-starred Chef Nicolas Isnard, marking his first international restaurant venture outside of France.

Named ‘Bord Eau by Nicolas Isnard’, the restaurant is being introduced through the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi’s Culinary Investment Fund, an initiative that fosters culinary innovation by introducing premier brands and institutions to the UAE capital over a five-year span.

The outlet has a stellar culinary track record, including esteemed accolades from Auberge de la Charme in France, Chef Isnard brings his daring spirit and innovative flair to every dish. Showcasing French cuisine with contemporary twists, his meticulously crafted menu promises an exquisite voyage for discerning palates.

“Bord Eau by Nicolas Isnard will be more than a dining destination; it will be a blend of culinary artistry set against the stunning creek views, ensuring an extraordinary experience,” said Ahmed Issa, Complex General Manager of Shangri-La and Traders, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi.
